The Youth and Adult Aquatics Program Manual Book (Copyright 1999, 208 pages) The Youth level 3 and Adult Aquatic Program builds on the success of the popular YMCA Progressive Swimming program. Designed for use in conjunction with Teaching Swimming Fundamentals, The Youth level 3 and Adult Aquatic Program Manual provides specific instruction that makes it easy to conduct successful Youth level 3 and adult classes.
